At Venderby's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new fashion pieces; therefore, we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are intact and the products are unworn.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
